Alone Awake has been a Norwegian Classic for years. This 1979-release is one of the greatest successes of Norwegian singer/songwriter Jan Eggum. The lyrics is timeless and the melody shows Eggum at his best with it's pure beauty. This arrangement in our Flex 7 Soloist-serie allows almost all kinds of windsinstruments to be in the soloist-spotlight. The accompaniment can be played by as few as seven performers but also by a full brass- or concert band. Solo-options as follows: Alto sax; Vocal; Flute/Oboe; Trumpet/Tenorsax/Baritone/Trombone TC; Baritone/Trombone BC. Playable by 7 performers and upwards. Provides a fuller sound than the Flex 5 as there are two additional parts for treble instruments. In addition to brass and woodwind parts, each title includes a simplified treble clef part for the beginning musician, plus optional parts for Bass Guitar (inc. chord symbols) and Percussion.
