An unusual cool, Latin-jazz clarinet solo with piano accompaniment. This jazz-inflected piece was inspired by the playing of the great American clarinettist Eddie Daniels and should be played with a jazz feel, although not swung. There are three allusions to well-known clarinet solos towards the end.
