Tanta to Beate (Beate's Aunty) is written by Norwegian singer/songwriter Lillebjørn Nilsen and achieved great success when it was released in 1982. The song about an old lady feeding the pigeons and thinking back on the music of Robert Norman and Django Reinhardt was one of the 80's most-played tunes in Norway, selling over one hundred thousand copies.
