In 1941 Skippy Martin took the 24th of Niccolo Paganini's variations for solo violin, and turned it into a big swinging chart for the Benny Goodman Orchestra. We have adapted and expanded the chart, scoring it for a regular AATTB Sax team, and 8 Brass. Your Alto 2 player doubles Clarinet, and has the entire Benny Goodman solo, written out in full. Tenor 1 takes the Vido Musso solo, and the Mel Powell piano solo is also fully scored. This is a VERY rare chart from the Goodman era, and a fine addition to any library.
