A classic tune from the brothers Gershwin, this version is a swing quickstep, which makes an excellent set openener and is very suitable for dancing. At two minutes twenty it is not unnecessarily long, yet still provides sufficient time for an ad-lib solo Tenor spot written on the 1st part and cued onto the 2nd. No sax doubles.
