First written in the key of Eb for solo horn, this adaptation in Bb for capable trombonists preserves the spirited tempo (quarter = 116) and ornamented style (trills and grace notes) of the Mozart original. An extended cadenza just before the closing section may be played as written or ad lib. American Grade 5
