Roy captures the swinging big band sound starting off with a call-and-response between the saxes and brass. The melody is played by the 1st alto sax and 1st trumpet in unison. Written out solos for 1st trumpet and 1st alto sax along with easy ranges make a great chart for the young player. Sounds great with reduced instrumentation.
