Once in a great while, music is written in such a way that audience members find themselves so emotionally consumed that they are unable to express themselves with immediate applause at its conclusion. Noted composer James Swearingen has created a wonderful hymn setting that is full of emotion and, in a very reflective way, spiritually uplifting.
