The title of this piece is inspired by a prime swimming and snorkeling location within the Baja Mexican corridor of Los Cabos. (There is actually no authentic steel band tradition in that region, but the location seems ideal for pan!) It was written for Ken Broadway and the University of Florida's Sunshine Steelers pan group.
