Christmas jazz by Gordon Goodwin. This adaptation of Oh Tannenbaum is quite an adventure offering a chorale, some Basie style and fast and furious Goodwin bebop. Solo space for alto and tenor sax, trumpet and trombone. Optional flute for 2nd alto sax. Lead alto has either a standard alto part or an optional part for alto with a soprano double. A very exciting chart as performed by the Big Phat Band.
