Originally 'Minuet in G', this is one of a collection of simple pieces for Clavier entitled 'Anna Magdalena's Notebook', written by Bach for his niece in 1725. David Farnon has developed the material in sympathetic style, as well as transposing the piece for Winds into an easier key.
