Strings Extraordinaire Is A Progressive Collection of Classical, Traditional, Folk, And Original Compositions for performance by students of different playing levels. Strings Extraordinaire works well in a variety of instrumental ensembles from duos and trios to full-size string orchestra. Each instrument has an "A" and a "B" part. The "A" part being more difficult than the "B" part. The viola books is identical to the violin book in both parts. The cello and bass parts have closely correlated parts, however the Bass "B" can be considered the foundational harmony part. An optional piano accompaniment part is also available.
