These four dance are written in a neo-Renaissance style. They were originally intended for teaching purposes but the four varied movements ensure lots of playing fun too. The use of percussion instruments (ad lib.) such as tambourine, snare drum and triangle reinforces the beautiful original sound. This edition can be used with the version for woodwind quartet.
